The LC3 vehicle is an automotive-engineered Low-Speed Vehicle (LSV) which is street-legal by National Highway Safety Transportation Administration standards.  LC3's can be operated on any public road with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less and operate at a maximum speed of 25 mph.  These emission-free vehicles provide clean transportation with very low operating cost.

LC3 Incorporated in an Indiana-based manufacturer and distributor of low-speed vehicles.  Opened in late 2006, the company manufactures a 2-passenger and 4-passenger PLEV (plug-in electric vehicle).  Among the many features, customers are quick to choose LC3 for:
